If you sent a 1040 without w2 and all schedules you filed with your taxes, that's why you got the RFE.

 

That's why they prefer to receive a transcript.

At this point I should just send the 1099 and W2s without re-filling a i864 or anything right?

Do you know if I can attach a g1145 to this RFE?

You need to send exactly what the RFE asks for. If you didn't send all the required documents, that's why you didn't qualify.

 

I would try to obtain a Tax Transcript online and send that instead. If you can't get it. Send the 1040+W2+all schedules.

 

I'm not 100% sure if you need a new 864 and the proof of current income again.

 

No g1145. You're gonna get updates on the case number you already have.

Sorry to bug you again. I have the W2s and 1099 and have already sent the 1040 with the initial package, what are 'schedules' referring to?

https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/schedules-for-form-1040

 

You basically need to send the whole package submitted to IRS, unless you have a tax transcript.
