Im noticing people writing about the Info pass appt. what is that really? when and why should we get one? is it before the biometrics or before the AOS interview?

Infopass appointment are where you can make an appointment to speak to an immigration officer about your case at your local office... They are often able to tell you more detailed info than you will get from calling the 0800 number...
