I was holding off filing for my parents due to Trump's Executive Order.  Will they continue to process I-130 and pay the fee even if it's on hold?

Does anyone know if the EO/ban pauses I-130 processing? I filed in May, but don't know if I should any progress on it until the ban is lifted.

USCIS is still processing the cases so you should see progress.
