Hi guys. My hubby's interview form mid-March got postponed and from around the beginning of March before everything started to unfold in the world, I tried to upload his new polcie certificate (his old one we submitted was kinda old), his new military record, his DS-5540 but I keep getting an error message since March. In fact, at the beginning, it shows an error, then it was something else around April and now it says "Select DS-5540 PUBLIC CHARGE QUESTIONNAIRE: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."  I can't seem to upload these docs and I do them under each title...meaning I pick each one from the civil doc portion, then I upload them under each category as it should be. Has anyone having similar notifications for uploading docs? I have encountered a large file error and that I fixed with some other docs long time ago so this isn't a problem with document sizing at all. It seems like CEAC/our profile isn't letting us upload more docs? We need to submit his DS5540 and I really want his new police certificate especially to be uploaded before his interview. A while ago, I didn't know what after NVC I needed to still upload docs via CEAC, so I sent a new joint sponsor's doc directly as attachment to the Embassy, and the Embassy told me that I need to submit all docs through CEAC and at that time, I did just that and all was fine. This was back in February. So after submitting joint sponsorship docs, I tried to upload his new police certificate, the new required DS-5540 and that's when from beginning of March, we can't upload anything at all to our CEAC.

Why are you trying to upload documents to NVC at all if you have already received DQ and an interview was scheduled? Your case is at the embassy and not with NVC any longer so your spouse would just bring all updated documents to the interview once it has been rescheduled.
