Thanks everyone! I'm pretty sure that we are going to have a ROC interview because our green card interview was waived.

Also, is there a way to track my green card? My address is not eligible for informed delivery.

USCIS will give you a tracking number once it's in the mail  Check your online status, mine appeared there.

It says it's been mailed, but no tracking number!

The tracking number doesn't show in the status "card has been mailed", it only shows once the status changes to "USPS picked up the card". And then again once it changes to "card was delivered".

OP, if you have a SSA card with restriction, you should remove that restriction once you have your green card. From then on all you need for employment purposes is a valid drivers license and SSA card (employer can't demand which documents to show for proof of being employment authorized). 

You don't need a new SS card - totally optional.

What @milimelo is referring to is that a SSN card with the DHS restriction wording isn't accepted as a List C document for I-9 purposes: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents/list-documents/form-i-9-acceptable-documents

New card, same number. The number stays for life (barring some unusual circumstances).

Same number on a new card.
