All forms required

Hi all,

I am not sure if I can get a 100% answer on this. Does anyone know the rest of the forms I am going to have to fill out for the IR-1/CR-1? For example I know of these....

I-130 and I601

I will not need an I-212, but is there any other form that is required to fill out that requires a fee that may change in the Fee Schedule change on July 30? I had put together a budget for the two listed above and now there is such a large increase in fees I would like to add all expenses together in the budget so that I can plan for the next year or two. If you know of the other forms you may have filled out in your process please let me know. My husband has a simple case without any crimal past, or anything like that. Thanks!

I-601 is only for situations where a person is prevented from getting visa due to an ineligibility.

For initial filing you need form I-130, and 2 sets of G-325A forms one set for petitioner, and one for benificiary.

I do know that we will require the I-130 and I-601. I also know we need the G-325A, but I am only requesting forms that require a fee. I am trying to find out how much we need to budget for this.

Regarding your emphasis on fees, yes there are other forms that will be impacted by the change in fees but they come after the I-130 is approved. I suggest you check the guides and compare the information to the new fee structure to form a budget.

Sorry Puskbrk,

Having a hard day today. My first day back to work since early last week from a family emergency and I didn't see the guide part. As I have learned in my job is people only read half of everything that is presented to them. Sorry and thanks!
