As expected, got this message on May 28 when my countdown was down to 1 day:

Estimated wait time:
We are taking longer than expected to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time.

Current as of today at 7:20 p.m.

I got the same message today. Guess now it’s just a wait for whoever is lucky enough here to see a bio appointment 😍

I submitted yesterday 5/26/2020. i was eligible since March 2020 as i hit 5 years mark due to i got divorce. Not sure if anyone here has the same situation. i saw some people has 4 month estimated. mine is showing 15 months. OMG WHYYYYYYY?

i got an update this morning when i log in.

N-400 Application for Naturalization

Estimated case completion time

August 2021 (15 months)

I think it depends on each local field office.  My 4 month estimate time is in Cleveland Ohio so there aren’t many people applying here - which is very understandable seeing the miserable winters and humid summers haha

Has anyone received an appointment notice for your bio-metrics yet?

We applied the 26th, got online notice on the 27th, and received paper receipt today. No biometrics. I don't have any confidence the field offices are going to be so quick after they open up but I sure hope i'm wrong!

Hi all,

I have applied my n400 on may18th.waiting for biometric appointment. Estimated time is feb 2021 for my case. I have few speeding tickets since last 10 years.. I did not mention this any where in the form. Is it okay? I am worried about this..

you should've mentioned tickets by selecting "Yes" for the question asking if you have been arrested or cited because traffic tickets are citations and you would be provided space to explain and you would write that you had speeding tickets and that you paid all your fines.

Anyway, I would suggest if you have any ticket that exceeded $500 to log into your USCIS account and add an attachment explaing that you did not know speeding tickets should be reported and mention all tickets and payments and attach copies of receipts.

If all your tickets were below $500 you may mention them during the interview or you can do what I suggested above.

In all cases take your tickets and receipts of payments with you to the interview,

I hope everybody reads and follows the instructions found in USCIS site when preparing application. GOOD LUCK

There is a section called “unsolicited information” in the My USCIS where you can upload anything additional.
I actually updated all my documents through that tab after realizing none of the attachments went through with my original application.

You should have mentioned it. In New York state you can request your driving record for a small fee. I found all my traffic tickets over 25 years and itemized every single one on the n400 application ( I had about 7). Documentation is not required under $500 penalty. You're probably ok , but if you have anything over $500 that will be a big problem if they find out and you need to volunteer the documentation before they review your petition
