Yo guys,

For those of you who got an interview notice or were approved and saw the initial bug during documents upload - the PDF that shows the entire completed n400 with uploaded documents shows no uploads:

https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbu9yrK6

Was this ever an issue? I re-uploaded my documents in the same tab under 'unsolicited information -> Upload documents' so my documents show in the portal but curious if this ever ended up causing an issue like RFE for the few other people who saw the same issue.

FYI

Has nybody seen this ??? USCIS posted it on the account. I saw ti this morning. I got my notice on Dec 29th luckily ...

"

Between Jan. 5 and Jan. 21, 2021, USCIS issued receipt notices with incorrect information to applicants who submitted Forms N-400, N-565, N-600, N-600K, or N-336 online. The error does not have any impact on the pending application and applicants can disregard that receipt notice. USCIS will mail new, corrected notices in the coming days and post corrected notices to applicants’ USCIS online accounts. "

We're May 2020 filers in this thread, so that message doesn't apply to any of us.

The receipt notice they speak of was the same that you get for ROC, but it said N-400 on the top. Doesn't affect anything for anybody, it's just a paper and they sent out the correct ones when they noticed the issue.

So after I nagged USCIS for a biometrics appointment things started happening fast. I received the biometrics appointment after 2-3 weeks, had it done on January 27 and already today my interview was scheduled for March.

How did you nag them? Biometrics in my city is slow too

I sent them a message in October 2020 but only got a generic answer back about being in line to be scheduled for biometrics and yada yada.

Then in mid-December I got fed up with waiting and sent them another message, this time asking if I should contact the congressman or Ombudsman in order to get a biometrics appointment. That seemed to do the trick, on January 5 I got my biometrics appointment, scheduled for January 27.

Anyone with updates from the SF/San Jose offices?

I applied May 4th, 2020, but no update since then. It still says my estimated date is "February 2021", which is...now.

Have you checked the documents tab in MyAccount? When mine went from March 2021 to Feb 2021 there was a biometrics reuse letter there
