For those of you guys who have both I-751 and N-400 applications pending, have you received updates on one case and not the other? I just received a notice that states my I-751 application has been moved to the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit,  MO.  No new updates on the N400. Anyone have any insight on this center?

That's the service center that prepares cases for interviews. All N-400 ends up there at first as they all require an interview. When you also have a pending i-751 it most often gets transferred to NBC as well, as the i-751 and N-400 then will be adjudicated together (you receive one interview, both petitions in one interview).

Hopefully this means we will get an interview scheduled soon. Thanks for the response!

Hey,  I got an email update about an interview for the I-751 application being either cancelled or descheduled. As far as I know, I did not have anything scheduled. Never got a notification for that.. Is this just because they are going to combine the two applications to one interview?

Posted

I also got the notification that my biometrics will be reused. It was uploaded to my account on 9/4, with no notification but I received the mail on 9/12.

I filed on May 20th, Charlotte NC. N-400 only. Last biometrics date was November 2019. Online estimated completion month is January 2021.

Hopefully I get my interview soon as most peoples account change to interview scheduled a month or two after the biometrics reuse notice.
