Hello. We sent a message via the message system for this same reason. They fixed it after a few weeks.

Just finished chatting with a life representative... They said "Sorry, we don't know what to do, we can't help you, bye"....

That's great news! For some reason some of us April Chicago filers are still waiting around with no updates at all. :(

Hey millefleur,

I'm in Chicago too. Just to give you an idea and some reassurance that the files are moving. I filed May 6th, biometrics reuse on Dec 30th, interview scheduled Mar 2nd. Hang in there!!

Hello everyone,

I am in TX and filled N400 in May 10 2020, I filled online. No reply for biometrics. I created inquiry ticket also in October, but no reply. Trying to call them but it is not allow to talk live representative.  What should I do in this situation? Please guide me. I am really worried about my file.

Sadly nothing really. Just to wait. I feel like I’ve exhausted all my service requests and calls. I’m over it and will wait

As CLT_CZ2020 said, there is really nothing to do but wait. My husband filed his N-400 here in DC May 2, 2020 and he JUST received the biometrics reuse notice last week. We happened to notice it in his online account documents tab; the paper version hasn't arrived yet.

Try not to spend your time worrying about this. I've been down that rabbit hole far too many times and it accomplishes nothing. Things will start moving, eventually. In the meantime, try to live your life.

I checked hubby's account again this morning and it has also changed....from April 2022 to March 2021!! As others have said above, we'd be wise not to place too much weight on these estimates, but part of me can't help but hope this means something. A reduction of 13 months would be super.....

Has anyone else checked the case completion estimate in your online account lately? After changing to March 2021 late last month, it's switched back to April 2022. At this point, it feels like USCIS is just toying with us....

Wow! My husband filed at the DC office too. I'm going to check his document tab. Thank you for the tip!

**UPDATE** I just checked. My husband's reuse letter appears in his documents too now. I would have never noticed. Thanks again!
