Hey guys.

Im not officially marries yet due the virus situation. My fiance is american citizenship that lives in the USA. I was deported a few months back, I was hoping to start building my I-130 case for the future. I cant relate  to many things. no mutual bills, or join taxes, etc since I dont live in the uS. any tips of how I can start building my case now, by hoping I can file it in the next 6 months or so. we talk and text 24\7 but Im guessing thats not enough to impress the government.

thank you!

Even before we were married I was able to add Mary on a credit card account.  After getting married I added her to my checking account and more credit cards, set her up as a beneficiary on my life insurance.  There is plenty that can be done.  You need to do your research.

You haven't married yet - you know what things to consider.  Get married and start making plans for a successful petition and interview.  It doesn't matter what country ( some countries like Pakistan and Nigeria have tougher interviews but you haven't bother to file that in your profile) you are in as long as the petition shows a bona fide marriage.

Your US Citizen fiance can add you today to credit cards and as life insurance beneficiary.

There are some token things that can be done in the area of commingling finances, but for newlyweds, such evidence is really not expected.  Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person.  That's the strongest evidence.

How long did you overstay?  It makes a difference in how your process will unfold once you ARE married.
