May 2020 AOS Filers

What did you provide for proof of no credit report/score?  We tried annual credit report and credit karma and both are unable to provide credit report and we have to wait 15 days for a letter in the mail.  Can i just use a screenshot showing the error message we received from the website and write a letter explaining what happened?

When I called they said the same thing about waiting 2 weeks for a letter. So I just sent a screenshot of the error page and explanation letter cuz I didn't wanna wait 2 weeks.

I’m on my 3rd try as well. We will try to send off this weekend. I have been awake all day an night going over every form for mistakes. Second guessing if I should N/A or none in certain spaces, I’m losing my mind lol

So sorry to hear about it being your 3rd try, mine was rejected due to incorrect card information, I checked my photocopy and it looks like one digit may have been mis-read (so annoying as my phone number and email address was above, ugh), would it be worth sending a check instead and do I have to file brand new forms as they all look like they’ve been through a scanner and labelled and then signed through?? I think the EAD form expires on 5/31 and it’s a bit close?? Any advice would be great....

I just reprinted my forms because i realized that some had mistakes. For the supporting documents, i will just resubmit the same ones i sent in. I plan to send everything off by Saturday. And someone here said not to worry about the expire date because they use the editor date in the bottom left corner.

Send in a cashier's check from your bank. Also make sure you have the serial number of the checks that way you can check with the bank to know if and when they cleared.

@bradoony on the g-1450 form my 5 ‘possibly’ may have looked like a 3 on my credit card number I wrote down so instead of calling or emailing they sent the whole thing back!

When I called they said the same thing about waiting 2 weeks for a letter. So I just sent a screenshot of the error page and explanation letter cuz I didn't wanna wait 2 weeks.

@Foibh I mailed the packet on 05/16 and I received it back rejected yesterday, it looks like it was all scanned in on 05/20....

I just chatted with a USCIS representative on the website. Our application was delivered on 5/16, but he couldn't find it in the system yet. You can chat an agent by typing "chat with and agent" in the "Emma" chat on the website. It will ask you a few questions, then connect you with an agent. The agent seemed clueless about how a K-1 and K-2 work.

I texted with live representative from USCIS today. They texted that they received my mail 05/21 and it was rejected again 05/23😒...and mailed back to me. It look like I became USCIS  fan to send them packages. Waiting to see what  this time wrong and will prepare to mail back third time.
