After multiple calls, inquires and waiting.. We finally were scheduled for a biometrics appointment for Dec 4th. It has been over 6 months waiting for this appointment.

I did. I had the same message and email. However nothing has change since then.

Congrats! Six months plus is ridiculous. We are pushing that mark ourselves with no biometric appointment as of yet.

Try CIS Ombudsman Service (https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman ), I already summited inquiry to them.

I got email today saying "We have taken an action on your case , please sign in the account ". When I did there is no update . Upon chatting with a customer rep , he told me that tier 2 officer will call me in 7 days . Did this happen to u too after the Expediate?
