So did biometrics on 10/14 on 10/16 the both i765 snd i485 updated to all fingerprints received.  Then on 10/21 i485 updated to ready to.schedule interview.  But my i130 still saying processing.  A bit confused but happy to see progress being made after being stagnant for so long.

Congrats!

Curiously ... Are you doing concurrent (I-130 & I-485)?  Or did you mean I-131 (not "i130") ?

Hi, it's my first time to comment on this thread. Just want to know if there's anyone here waiting for their SSN card after receiving their combo card? I received my combo card last Oct 10. But still no SSN card. Maybe it just got a bit delayed and is on its way?

Found a SSA flyer stating that I should receive my SSN card no later than 7 business days after receiving my EAD from USCIS.  https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/flyers/EBE_Flyer_Apply_for_your_Social_Security_Number_While_Applying_for_Your.pdf

In the meantime, we're planning to send an application attaching the flyer for reference. Since SSA is still closed, all we can do is mail and hope they process it asap.

Thanks in adv!

If you guys put in a service request for biometrics etc, you will be able to check the status on that on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

I submitted one for the EAD and a seperate one for AP. What does yours say? Any service request that has been processed?

Concurrent i130

Cool!  We're also doing concurrent. Waiting on bio still though... it appears that NYC could be slower than other cities.

Re. your I-130 status.  I believe the progress of your I-485 will apply to your I-130.  So, the fact that the I-130 status hasn't been updated online shouldn't be an issue.

Oh ok thanks for that information.  Well the system seems to be down as I’m unable to get any status information from the website keeps saying my status is unavailable right now.  Funny enough though it shows me a status for the i130 but not the other 2 very strange to me.

I forgot to say good luck on your biometrics but please make sure you call.  They made me kiss my first biometrics appointment as they never updated the system and when I called they kept telling me about 90 days wait and all that and when I was finally able to speak with a tier 2 agent they told me my biometrics was from the 25th of August.  So I would suggest you keep calling and ask for a tier 2 rep

I have tried calling the last couple of days and looks like they've changed the IVR... So now I'm not able to get past the automated IVR to speak to a real person!

Same here, has anyone had any luck getting past the robot recently?

I just called USCIS this morning and was able to talk to a live rep. Hold time initially said 45 minutes but the woman answered after 20-min wait time.
