Hi guys! I recieved my EAD and AP approval letters today!! I'm really happy. It was just for me tho, nothing for my son yet (k2).

I'm going to my home country for Christmas and New Year's Eve.

For those who travelled using the Advance Parole before, any suggestion on how to use it?

Just use it like a visa. Present it for check in on your return and present to the immigration official when you arrive in the US. Easy!

5.1 months since filing. NBC has a processing time for i765 of 4.5-6.5 months. If I don't receive a biometrics appointment by 6.5 months, do I just submit a case inquiry?

Same here too,but I submitted a case inquiry!!They told me to wait for a response by Nov 6th,so I'll wait and see how it goes or what they say!!

How do I send a case inquiry or who do I email? I am getting nowhere and I have been waiting forever for a biometric notice.

I submitted inquiry for I-131  ,they said they will get back in a month . So now if i call them for checking the bio been more then 90 days , they have to say "You already have a case inquiry in , wait for that"

USCIS website has case inquiry form!It shouldn't be a problem!

Yeah, we can't travel without our k2. We were hoping to visit the Philippines in December, but that looks pretty complicated now. They are testing for Covid at the airport in the Philippines and making you stay at a hotel to wait for the results. I'm worried of what might happen there and if I could get back to my job.

Definitely seems a little to risky, which is a shame I bet we all been hoping to visit our family for the holidays 😕

Do I use the visitor queue or the citizen's one once I get back to the U.S?

I'll land in JFK - New York airport.
