I'm having a problem updating my timeline. All the sections for AOS, EAD and AP say the dates I am entering are errors:

I've been trying to update since I got the NOAs. I can't figure out what is wrong. Maybe  a  fresh pair of eyes can see something that I'm not? I rechecked the NOAs and the receipt date should be 5/18/2020, but I tried that too and still get the error message. Is it because of the delay between getting married 9/21/2019 and filing the AOS?

Hello, everyone! I got email today that 06/30, so yesterday they sent to us RFE. So it has been 14 days since they issued NOA-1 (06/16).  Waiting for the letter. We live 40 minutes drive from USCIS office so probably we will get this quickly. Hope that nothing serious. Missouri office.

Hi guys! Our RFE just came, they want our (mine and my k2) birth certificate even tho we include one with a proper translation. I'm thinking it may be the format, we use the one the government  website of my country provides (we used the same for the interview at the consulate) so I'm not quite sure lol

Got an RFE today. The RFE is not noted on the MYUSCIS website, the website still just says "you do not have to do anything". The RFE says that the i-485 is missing pages or some pages are from the wrong edition of the form? I guess its possible that I left out a page or got editions mixed up since I have submitted the forms so many times and made changes. I'm so sick of filling out this form. I downloaded the edition from USCIS and filled it out again. I'll send it back ASAP!

Hello guys,

I received my RFE today. They're asking for the form I-864 and all supporting documents again.

The letter says the form and documentation submitted before weren't enough to determinate that my sponsor is qualified.

You need to make sure that you have IRS forms for 2019 (if filed taxes) or last year, and W2 form  (if not self-employed). Sum here should be more than poverty guideline 125%, for military 100%. Also you can add W2 and IRS forms for 3 last years and bank statements, letter from work.

Do I have to submit two I-864 form, one containing my husband's information and another one containing my friend's informations? Or should I submit only one I-864 form containing my friend's information?

If you will add joint sponsor prefer if it will be relative from same state. In this form said that you need to have your sponsor member of household, we did for my K1 visa my husband’s grandma, from different house but same state. You need to submit 2 forms 864, 1 for you one for friend, you need to give to USCIS all his documents that I said below+documents proof his identification. (ID/passport) and also you guys need to submit i-864a-pc.pdf?download=1
