So, I have fun story. After first rejection I emailed USCIS support, May 07, and just today got letter back from USCIS, I already managed to send third time during this time😅The most helpful thing that I got that applicant can not reprint everything and use forms what sent before

Just got a courtesy letter from USCIS reminding me to bring 693 to my interview. Does that mean that they have reviewed my case and haven't found any other issue? Or could there still be RFEs after this letter?

There can be RFE till you have your card in hand.

Hi everybody. I'm a May 2020 filer for AOS-EAD-AP.

My new wife's I-485, I-765, and I-131 were sent to the USCIS in Chicago via FedEx on May 12th. They arrived the next morning (5-13) and were signed for by J. Harper. Its now been a little over three weeks and there has been no official word or acknowledgement of any kind. No receipt number or anything. Do I have reason to be concerned?

Removal of conditions

05-02-23 I-751 sent via FedEx.

05-03-23 I-751 delivered to USCIS address in Tempe AZ.

05-09-23 Check for $680 cashed.

05-15-23 Received I-797 NOA (48-month extension). A separate letter saying biometrics to be re-used. A third letter giving online access code.

No reason give them a full solid 30 working days. I suspect  you'll  hear something soon.

3rd time of filing is the charm.

mailed package via ups on 5/25, delivered 5/28 and received text 6/4.

couldn't have done this without this forum.

For some reason it takes alot of people submitting 3 times before USCIS accepts it. Congratulations.

We should be sending our package out today...FINALLY!  any recommendations or lesson's learned regarding which postal service to use?  I was thinking i would use USPS.  Any reason not to?

Great! Check one more time that you filled all blanks, signed everything and have all forms and supportive documents and payment. Good luck!
