May 2020 AOS Filers

Form I765 is expiring on 05/31/2020...for those of us filing AOS in June must we wait for a new form?

Check the edition date also the website will tell you what forms they will accept.

Mine was received 5/16 and didn't get it back until 5/28. The date on the letter says it was rejected on 5/21

It's been almost 3 weeks since I mailed my packet. I would hate to wait a month just for them to tell me it's been rejected 😑😩

After a whole month of seatbacks, we finally send the packet today! Finger for no rejection.

We submitted for the second time today (didn't include I-944 the first time. Oops). Hoping that was the only issue.

So, today I received back my second filled package. The reason of rejection was that I didn’t write state and ZIP code in the form I-944....And also In rejection notice they said that my address is outside of U.S, which is in U.S. Guys, question, do i need to reprint all forms when i will do this third time and all documents?  Here are stamps on all of that. That is just so annoying. Going to send again Monday or Tuesday...Fortunate that sending to Chicago is just 10 dollars. And also i will send same money orders third time, are they still valid?

I am so sorry to read that. Try to chat with live representative. That how i got to know about my case. Go to this link https://www.uscis.gov/emma and type message” talk to live representative“. Make sure that you have your alien number with you, they also asked me to prove my address and date of birth.

I think so. Just checked site again here is still same form. Hopefully we will see new early this week. I am waiting.

The first one, it took a month. This time it only took one week after i called and they told me over the phone it was rejected.

We sent in our AOS paperwork on May 26th for the first time and are hoping we did everything correctly. Now to start stalking our banking app to see if our cheque gets cashed.

that must be so aggravating. we are filling out the I-944 now. I'm having trouble getting my wife's (beneficiary) tax transcript. Did you run into that issue?

We filed joint tax return for 2019 in the H&R office and i add to green card documents transcript from them. Here is total income in that+ w2 form from work. IRS still processing our documents so we don’t have transcripts from IRS yet.

So you sent in the form but without tax transcript? Did you provide evidence of why you do not have the transcript though? From my understanding the transcript is necessary
