Super surprised, but we got DQed today. 

Submitted everything 5/13

Got DQed 5/29

 

Just have to wait for the Colombian Embassy to open up

Congrats on all the DQs this week!

 

I heard your not allowed to make travel arrangements after you receive the dq email. Does that mean you cant visit the usa until your done with the interview and visa approval?

Feb 21 2019: Received NOA1 assigned to Nebraska Service Center

Oct 2 2019: Send I-129F

Oct 7th 2019: Delivered

Oct: 11th 2019: Received NOA1

March 30th 2020: I-130 Approved 

April 13th 2020: Case received by the NVC

May 1st 2020: NVC Welcome email received

May 1st 2020: Paid Bills, processed on May 5th 2020

May 15th 2020: First initial submission

May 26th 2020: Final submission

June 1st 2020: DQ NVC

Waiting for interview letter..

I believe you are allowed to make travel arrangements but not for a permanent stay. So in our case we can go for esta 3 months but have to come back for interview or before the 3 months are up, whichever happens faster.

Hello Everyone,

 

We submitted documents to NVC on FEB 24th originally,

Got RFE for police certificate on May 14th,

Submitted police documents on May 17th,

 

Got DQ today Saturday May 30th, received DQ email at 6:46AM... Just waiting on the embassy to open. Thank you for all the support, see you all at the next stage.

I havent read anywhere official that it is necessary. I remember reading somewhere that it is important to include a certificate of accuracy from the translator though.

My NADRA certificate was already attested by FO. Translation of nikah nama I got notarized because some people here said you should. But havent gotten that attested by FO.

Did they still accept if you kept nadra marriage certificate as one file and Urdu nikahnama+ English translation as another? Thank you in advance!
