NVC Filers - May 2020

[IAQ 7]

Got an RFE today (of course the dreaded issue of not being able to see the message), but when I click on our documents all are accepted. What could the RFE be about if all documents were accepted?

 

Any ideas on how to access the messages (besides calling NVC which I will do soon if I'm unsuccessful). Any help appreciated. We submitted on April 29.

What I did was merged those 2 PDFs into one and submitted them. There are numerous online tools for that

Something that's missing altogether as opposed to just incorrect?

What is the subject of the message on your ceac portal?

First submission  may 15th, second submission today may 26th. Let the wait begin..

Just be patient. Maybe you get lucky and you get your documents reviewed quickly like many others.

Yes , I'm sure that would work. They do read the comments. Did you specify in the comment as told by operator or something of that sort?

I wouldn't be able to even make a guess. The other day I read someone that got DQ in 12 hours. Another one that took a month exactly. My case I submitted everything by april 6th and on may 19th I got an RFE for 2 civil documents I uploaded that were wrong.

Using my assets + Joint sponsor. Submitted 3 years of tax returns for all parties, maybe they will ask for the W2s, eventhough we are all well above whats needed?

One last question did you already get a DQ? What does the status on your financial evidence read?

Silly me uploaded an electronic version of birth and marriage certificate without the seal of the agency obtained from. They wanted one issued by the agency and the seal.

All documents we uploaded say accepted. IS that what you mean? That's why Im confused about the RFE. Been on hold for 40 minutes now with NVC, will probably hang up soon (calling from Dubai, international minutes 😞 )
