Are you saying your DS-260 was reviewed/approved before you submitted civil docs and AOS? How were you notified of the approval? Curious about it because NVC states they don’t review partially completed cases.

Yep. We're not DQ yet, but they still processed it. I'd love to tell you more but the NVC message center is BUSTED.

I cant get the Ceac website to accept my documents. They are all under 2mb. Everytime I try to upload it says security exception and crashes. I've tried multiple browsers and logging in and out many times. Maybe its better at different times of day?

We just got an email from NVC about our documents being qualified. We were not expecting it this soon at all. Especially because, not all of our documents were perfect. Like, my wife submitted tax returns and transcripts and I did not have my PCC, etc.

I am sharing this only to bring hope to others waiting and not to rub it in. Sorry.

NOA1: 6 Nov 2019
NOA2: 29 Apr 2020
Docs Submission: 16 May 2020
DQ: 22 May 2020

We are a US citizen and Indian couple. We had not expedited.

Hey everyone!

so NVC looked over our documents and told us that our

1. Birth certificate was not the correct one (my husbands which I know which one he now needs)

2. Military certificate (and again, I know which one he needs to upload and obtain)

we submitted the 2 wrong ones but currently with everything going on, do we just replace the documents with the same ones and write a comment saying we will obtain the documents once the interview is scheduled? How do we go about this?

Were you able to open the message in the ceac website?

Nope, I'm struggling to get it to load on Chrome, but haven't tried other browsers. It just stays as a white box.
