NVC Filers - May 2020

Just FYI.... NVC call wait times have gotten a lot better at night. Daytime wait time is about 30min and night time is about 1 to 10 min.

When NVC sends a message saying there’s an update and you try to read the email how long does it usually take to open? I’ve been trying for the last 3 hours on and off and it just won’t open. I can see from the title that they’re asking for another document but I just can’t open the message to find out exactly what it is!

We added all of them. They'll find them anyhow if they look for it and you don't want to appear to have something to hide

Have you tried in different browsers? For me it's been taking between 5 minutes and 30 minutes. Sometimes no success at all. The system is old and overloaded and when too many users are active at the same time, this happens. Keep trying and success shall come

Yeah I’ve tried my phone and laptop. Plus my husband is doing the same 😊

We’ve got 3 cases and 2 have both got messages on so we’re alternating trying to get on at least one of them too! 
I guess we shall keep trying!

I can't open mine. I just called NVC and they can read it to you. They know people have trouble opening the messages and have never given me a hard time when asking them.

If u submitted 1April2020 I'd consider it unusual /lucky to expect DQ by now. But, there has been a lot of DQ out of order

So sick of the inconsistency with NVC.  We resubmitted March 7th and still nothing!!!  I called and got the lame message that they are working on February dates.  I told her that's funny cause I know people who put in their papers in March and April and just got DQ'd.  She said oh I have no idea how that happened.  This is really getting on my nerves to the point of having anxiety attacks daily!  The current health situation doesn't help either.  Ugggggggggg!!!!!

That's why I was thinking that someone who got dq'd in April should call nvc asking how come they are dq' d if the website says they are working on February cases! WOULDN'T WE ALL LOVE TO HEAR THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION???🤔 lol
