Received DQ just now :) 

document sent: feb 25th. Sent an additional document on March 1st.

 

Now we wait for the interview which is going to take forever since India is still in lockdown :/

1) Marriage Certificate was missing

2) I-864 of joint sponsor was missing

3) They wanted my IRS TAX TRANSCRIPT 2018

So sorry to hear that, I also got an RFE on Feb (first submission on Dec) and i resubmitted on Feb 29th. They're asking for sponsor's W2's. What's your RFE?

Hi, one question. Why did they want sponsor W2? Did you submit a whole income tax return?

We submitted Tax Return but we got an RFE, the message below:

 

"Please submit every Form W-2/1099 on Thomas's submitted tax transcript or tax return."

First submission Feb 20th .

April 22nd I received 3 RFE 

1) Marriage Certificate was missing

2) I-864 of joint sponsor was missing

3) They asked for my  TAX TRANSCRIPT 2018

I resubmitted everything on May 1st

I submitted my marriage certificate but NVC said ‘your country requires more than one marriage certificate’ . I totally agree that it was my mistake. I should have read the instructions properly. However, I did submitted I-864 of joint sponsor and I also have screenshots of my attachments, but NVC said it is missing so I uploaded it again. I didn’t upload my Tax Transcripts 2018. And it is still missing because I don’t have it and I’m currently living outside of UNITED STATES. It is imposssible for me to get it online either since I don’t have a US mobile phone with my name on the account and I don’t have a credit card lol. 

In replacement of Tax Transcript 2018, I uploaded my Tax return along with my W2s .

Praying every single second to receive DQ email.
