Case Inquiry: July 13th 2019 

Case Inquiry Response: July 24th 2019 - in line for processing.

Escalated Case Inquiry: August 6th 2019 - tier 2 found that internal status was "in background check" despite results coming back 4 months prior.

Escalated Case Inquiry Response: August 7th 2019 - case was "delayed" because they had to "perform additional review" 🙄 case now with an officer.

NOA2: August 22nd 2019 (336 days)

Sent to DOS: September 5th 2019

NVC Received: September 13th 2019

Case Number: October 9th 2019

DS-260 Completed: October 28th 2019

NVC Docs Uploaded: October 29th 2019

DQ: December 18th 2019

Became IR1: August 18th 2020

It is a tool @dwheels76 created to help users formulate some kind of timeframe from DQ to Interview Scheduled to Interview.

It relies on users input - and the more users input - the more accurate information is and helpful for others in the same country.

Is Case Complete the same as DQ? Or do I need to wait for a follow up email for Case Complete after my DQ email?

I got "DQ" ! :) 

 

1st submission : 09/02/2020.

2nd submission : 11/02/2020.

3rd submission : 22/02/2020.

4th submission : 16/03/2020.

Documents accepted : 23/04/2020.

RFE (joint sponsor's W2) : 23/04/2020.

5th submission : 26/04/2020.

DQ : 26/05/2020.

 

(I-130 approval : 26/11/2019 (162 days from my NOA1 date).

Service Center : Texas.

Sent by USCIS : 06/12/2019.

NVC Case Creation : 18/01/2020.

Fees paid : 19/01/2020.

Embassy : Paris, France.)

 

I added my info to the spreadsheet.
