Thank you so much for your quick response.. I included also a copy of our marriage cert. ... One more thing, is it okay not to pass a sworn affidavit letter from family or friends?

Affidavits are not required.  They are helpful in a couple of cases though:

1.  If you are living with parents/friends and don't have a conventional lease or mortgage, you need an affidavit from the owner of the place where you live.

2.  If you live separately at the moment (for job or school or one of you is caring for a sick relative), get an affidavit from someone who knows your circumstances

Good luck to you!

The letter does not need to be notarized, but it is important to include a sworn statement that states, “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.” The petitioner should understand that an affidavit is only supporting evidence.

You can, if you want to add value to the affidavit - especially if it shows the address where you all live.  I don't believe it is a requirement.
