I remember reading something that talked about anyone with overstay issues due to the lock down from pandemic will have an opportunity on any future visa petitions/applications etc where the overstay would be an issue - there would be an opportunity for possibly a waiver type thing that doesnt exist yet or some type of statement of exception based on policy that allows them to make exceptions like this. Basically the framework exists for them to do this- BUT they havent officially done this yet and maybe they decide to not ever do it, but it seems likely they will implement something to deal with people that were 'forced' into overstay besides the current apply for extension option. Its something to keep an eye on...

Unfortunately that leaves you with having to make a decision now on whether its better for you to leave on time and 100% have no overstay and yes, unfortunately youd be going somewhere away from family,,,, but the other option is to stay and run the risk of there never being any policy change that would cover and forgive your overstay. But I am assuming you dont have family here either do you? Is it just him here? Is it better for your mental health to be here with him or somewhere alone?

Nope. I only know him here. No one else. The thing i am worrying now is i may overstay. I register a flight from my home country government but the point is i am in the waiting list. The flights operated by the government are not always available and the price is crazy.

The link refers you to i129 & i539 for statuses that are eligible for extensions or changes.  K1 is not listed.

I think about i539 too. But the point is my home country is still banning the flights from usa. And there are only flights operated by government allowed to work now. The point is i have to wait and I don’t know when the flight is available to me. I talked to my fiance a month before that i hope he can make his decision soon because it’s tough to go anywhere now due to the virus. He asked me to me patient and he would work it out. Now he just said he cant get married so what else he can do. Just it. Now i have to clean his mess again but by myself

If you can't leave the USA for your home country in time, maybe you can leave for another country instead? Maybe a neighboring country where you can legally enter and then try to reach home via a land border or something like that? US immigration is only interested in overstays in the US, they don't care if you leave for home or for elsewhere I think, as long as you leave on time.
