Can you please provide a  detailed contact information for Vermont service center.  My mother wants to email them to know where is her case for and subsequently request her I-824 file be sent to NVC for further processing.

Only her attorney can call or email Vermont Service Center

@mazzi: you mentioned that you have requested for expedite. Whats happening with your case? Are you Dqd yet?

We have not yet requested expedite because our case has not been sent to NVC.  When we shall have received our case number and invoice number from nvc, we will request expedite. I spoke with our attorney and she is working on our case now.  She promised to get back to me when she received a response from uscis.  Thank you for the concern.

I have completed the DS-260. After DS-260 completion of DS-260 I haven't seen any link to update the civil document and financial document. Does NVC needs to review the DS-260 and then only I will be able to upload the document. How long does it take to complete the review ?

Hi! You should receive a notification from NVC to upload the required documents. My case was mail (manual) filling so as soon as I completed my DS260, I sent the document's package to NVC for processing.

If you case is an EP, you will have access to the next steps a day from the completion of the DS260. Others are given access the same day. Thank God that you have reached this stage

If that's the case, then wait for notification before mailing the documents.

My case was manual processing and I didn’t receive any notification (I know that electronic processing fillers receive one). I just filled out the DS260 & mailed my documents straight away. Got the receipt/DQ/CC email few days later

In your email from NVC should have been your checklist.  You print all your doucments and mail them in with the checklist

I received an email from NVC and there was a checklist of what documents to send them through mail (USPS).  In my case, we sent Birth Cert of myaelf and my child, Marriage Cert, Country of Chargeability Police Clearance, Country of Residence Police Clearance.

just to double check, no affidavit of support is requested for our cases right? (derivative of a EB case)

We did not send Affidavit of Support. Our lawyer said it was not required.
