Hi Guys,

Urgently require some help on this question in the i-944 form. It is under Part 3, Page 11, Question 25: "Did you withdraw your application(s) before being certified to receive the public benefit(s)?

What should I put for this question if i had neither submitted an application for benefits or withdrew any application?

Thanks!

Hi ShayrineC

We are in the same situation than you and replied "N/A" for 24 and No" for 25.

Those questions are unclear, they have a lot of those two part question like "have you ever applied for the following public benefits and your application is pending or denied" ..

But maybe it wouldn't here to put a comment on the last page saying that you have never applied or received any public benefit at the end.

Good luck to you.

I did exactly that! With a few answers, I figured it would probably be good to answer them with “no” even if they didn’t apply to my case (they really should have a 3rd box for N/A). And then in the additional info page, I explained that I had never applied for public benefits nor did I intend to do so in the future.
