Usually the best option is to be added to your wife's insurance and supply evidence you have been.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Err, hang on. I thought there was a restraining order on the health insurance requirement (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/Presidential-Proclamation-on-Health-Care.html?fbclid=IwAR2mOesAW_kJjSQaJt-qZbdnkXKCxT0eAozNcQKRmVrZmth4cfwCxc5g8qM). Therefore, this requirement has not yet been implemented, and may never be due to the lawsuit mentioned in the link.

Please correct me if i'm wrong?

You need Health Insurance for when you are in the US, not for the interview. Now they may well want to know what your arrangements will be.

But one of the person above link the website in which the judge postpone the trump proclamation of health insurance can u plz elaborate this what to do thanks appreciate it

I was under the impression that Trump's Proclamation was temporarily barred, but it looks like the new DS-5540 public charge form (that you may be asked to provide at interview) asks specifically about health insurance. Therefore, it's probably a good idea to have this arranged in advance. See this website: https://cliniclegal.org/resources/ground-inadmissibility-and-deportability/public-charge/state-departments-new-fam-public

The DS-5540 asks if the applicant is currently covered by health insurance in the United States and, if so, to attach evidence of it. If the applicant is not currently covered, the form asks if he or she will be covered within 30 days of admission. If so, the applicant is to identify the health insurance plan and indicate the date coverage will begin. This last question relates to the Presidential Proclamation mandating that most immigrant visa applicants either possess health insurance or express the ability to purchase it within 30 days of admission. That proclamation is currently enjoined, but the DS-5540 nevertheless asks this question.

It is a heavily weighted positive factor if the applicant has “private health insurance for use in the United States covering the period the applicant is expected to remain in the United States.” But there is no equivalent negative factor if the applicant does not evidence having any health insurance.

Your wife will add her on to her Employment plan, so just show details of that. Job done, move on.

If you want a definitive answer, why don’t you email the embassy and ask? I don’t think anyone here really knows for sure given how new this from is.
