birth certificate translation in "white book" not stamped

Hello all,

                We are starting the gc process for my wife's parents, I have the "white book"(of birth and marriage certificates) but the translation pages simply states the notary name and office name without any seals or stamps. Is this ok or we need to get it retranslated with actual notary stamps ? Thanks!

 

Here is a template on how it looks(but no seals as in the original chinese version):
