Why the northeast? Last I heard CA is actually extending it longer than I agree with, while in VT we are starting to open up.

I heard that as well, at least in San Francisco.  I also listen to a radio station out of WA, and they are still seeing a lot of restrictions along with Oregon.  My only point is as I mentioned in the other thread discussing this is that if this was a MidWest issue only, NY and especially NYC would most likely not shut down.  As to the NE, I guess I was being too generic, it is really a NY, NJ, RI, PA, DE, CT, and MA issue primarily.

Her response was actually pretty good.  The judge was trying to get her to admit she was wrong, and she essentially told the judge to stick it, her kids and her employees kids were in need of food.  So all this government picking and choosing of what job is essential and what job is non-essential is for the birds.  Unless these governments and courts shut themselves down as non-essential first, they have no business dictating to others that they are non-essential.
