Please anyone with YSC Potomac update..seems Potomac is a graveyard..nothing from it

Hey, my case is in Potomac also, no moving since applying, not even biometrics appointment, very frustrating😔

There is thread with Potomac filers and seems like the last updates were about cases from August 2019.

Hallelujah. Congratulations!!! I tap into your blessings and claim mines too

GOD'S name be praised. A journey that started in April 2017 and then removing conditions in May 2020 ended today 16th of February 2021. After 9 months I finally have my newly produced Green card in my pocket. To those of you still on it,  you will get it. Keep the faith,  don't stress it. Be strengthened by those of us who made it to the finish line and know yours is on the way. God bless y'all.

Your receipt number start with 3 letters, what are those? I guess it must be MSC which is NBC or national benefit center. Cases who get there from the beginning most likely will be forwarded to local office for interview. So it depends how busy your local office is, it could take more than one year. If you were in any other service center and then get transferred to NBC, most of those applications get approved within 2 months lately. Hope this helps.

You are correct that MSC and NBC (National Benefits Center) are the same.  It is not the same as Nebraska Service Center.  And you are correct that MSC/NBC does not appear as an option in the dropdown menu when checking processing times on the USCIS website for I-751.     This Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center) is a thread on VisaJourney  that you may find helpful, as well as this spreadsheet where people are posting their own dates to inform others in the absence of a USCIS-published timeline.   Did you have your first interview for your conditional permanent residency in the US or at an overseas consulate?  If you were interviewed in the US, they may be using your biometrics from your previous application and that's why you haven't heard from them.   If you were interviewed abroad, you should be receiving a biometrics appointment, but availability of this appointment may depend on your local field office, i.e., if they are very backlogged because of the COVID closures, your appointment may be delayed because of that.  I hope this is helpful.
