Congratulations 🎊

I received another NOA today dated 07/01 is weird because I didn’t expect it. Even I did not made other non delivery inquiry.

I think they know the mistake about NOA and they are sending all filers.

Yes now just waiting for 10 yrs GC 🤞🏻

NOA to be delivered today. Printed 07-01-2020, YSC Potomac. No response from neither lockbox nor ombudsman. It could be ombudsman enquiry helped and Maybe they didn’t receive response from USCIS.

I think you should call USCIS and speak with a tier 2 officer first. Using Ombudsman at this stage looks like killing a housefly with a shotgun. If I am not mistaken, Ombudsman is comes in handy during appeal or when USCIS violate ethics or something like that......

If biometrics have been applied to your case, I won't worry to much. My NOA did not arrive until over two months. I called and email the lockbox and got the generic answer too.

You were right! I actually ended up receiving my NOA that same day! :) thanks

I received my NOA July 10th  my birthday from Nebraska Service Center (LIN). What a birthday gift. I did a non delivery request on June 29th. I called on July 8th and a 2 tier officer told me the system error has been fixed and we should all received notices in about 2 weeks. Looks like she was right.

Hey everyone!  Hope your week is off to a great start!  My husband got his NOA1 in the mail this week.  We will provide a copy to his employer but our question is about international travel.  If we are ever allowed to leave the country again (darn Covid!) does he bring this letter with him?  Is there something else we would need in order for re-entry to US?

Same here. Can’t be updated probably because of the huge gap between filing date and NOA received date.

@admin anyone else having problems updating their NOA date on their timelines?  I receive an error that, when trying to enter the receipt notice NOA date on my timeline, the dates are too long and must be within 8 weeks.  It hasn't actually been longer than 8 weeks from May 28 - July 1 (or 13th) depending on which date is best to add (date on notice or date receiving notice, which I also wasn't sure about which is best to add - I usually enter the date on the notice and leave comments in the comments section)?
