You are using wrong tool that is for document, you should use non- delivery of notice. On the question what notice was not received? Just put other

Yeah just found that out now. It’s still there I was wondering how and why they removed it but checked and it’s there.

Like almost everyone here, I'm still waiting on my NOA after submitting my I-751.

Quick timeline:

- I-1751 received by USCIS May 18th

- Submitted online inquiry and email inquiry June 17th

- Online inquiry assigned to Officer June 24th

Today I received the below email in response to my online inquiry. (Still didn't receive a response to the email I sent to the Lockbox).

I'm hoping this means they will actually send out my NOA soon!

Received my NOA today in the mail! NOA was dated June 25th, so they generated it the same day they replied to my online inquiry. Looks like the online inquiry did the trick! I never did receive a response to my lockbox email.

Hi all,

received I797/NOA today, here's my timeline:

May 12: I751 received at Texas Lockbox
May 15: received text message with receipt number LIN, if NOA is not received by June 11....

June 11: E-mailed lockbox and put in an online SR, received e-mail confirmation of SR, no response from lockbox.

June 15, June 19, June 22: e-mailed lockbox, no response

June 24: SR was assigned and immediately resolved,
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your Receipt Notice was mailed to the address on file and the notice was not returned as undeliverable by the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We have requested the notice be sent to the address listed in our systems. You should receive it within 10-14 business days.

June 29: received NOA in mail.

I have so far not received anything about my biometrics although many filers have received notice they will re-use their old one,

maybe it's me but it seems that LIN is slower with that than others?

Finally received my NOA in the mail today. Here's my timeline:

05/06/2020 - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/12/2020 - SMS notification received.

06/07/2020 - Sent online inquiry for non-delivery of receipt

06/08/2020 - Online inquiry assigned to officer

06/12/2020 - Case updated to fingerprints taken

06/16/2020 - Response to online inquiry which was not useful, said "Our records show that your Form I-751 is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay”

06/18/2020 - Receive notice in mail saying previously captured fingerprints were used

06/22/2020 - Called and spoke to Tier 2 office, who helped reopen Online inquiry, and request to send NOA

06/23/2020 - received confusing response to Online inquiry saying “Recently, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sent you a notice of receipt for the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) that you filed although, you informed USCIS that you did not receive that receipt notice.  A receipt notice was mailed to the address provided with this inquiry.  Please confirm your current address with your local United States Postal Service office and follow the instructions on the notice.”

06/24/2020 - Called and spoke to Tier 2 office again, who said that NOA was mailed out.

06/29/2020 - Received NOA!

Hey everyone!  Late to the game on this but we started stressing a bit as July rolls around as we haven't received any communication (text, email, mail, etc.) about my husband's case.  ROC received on 5/13, check cashed on 5/19.  Called USCIS today and got our Case number and was told to email the lock box for a receipt.  After reading through everyone's posts it doesn't seem like that has been very successful but we'll do it anyway.  I honestly can't believe that we are going through all of this ####### again...  :)

I would suggest completing the online case inquiry here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do (the 'Did not receive notice by mail' section) as well as emailing the lockbox.

The case inquiry seems to be what is helping people get their notices.

That's what we did yesterday.  :)  Thanks for the advice!  Glad so see some people are starting to get their notices!

I believe it is the National Benefits Center in Missouri.

I don't get how those with receipt dates and service request/response dates after mine are receiving their NOA before me. Apparently mine was sent out on June 18th. My GC expires in 2 days and I still haven't received that piece of paper.
