Hi May Filers,  I am from the April Filers and wanted to let you know that we are all in the same boat.  Friday I managed to speak to a tier 2 officer and he told me that my NOA was never sent.

We got our approval email today. Also SRC. Everyone else's will come soon! I was actually going to check Case Status today but then I saw the email.

Just for an idea I did non delivery request 06/05 on 06/10 was assigned an officer and got answered on 06/16 

took 11 days the process

 

Hopefully they can send your NOA and you not need call or contact senator

I called to tier 2 officer today that i ve not received NOA after more than 60days of filling and my green card expire in less than 3weeks, she told she will send another request that they will email me a copy before the end of the month and if i dont get it by email i should call back to make appointment for stamps, have anyone gone through this?

I called the main # today and they said no one has gotten their notices and there is something they are trying to fix. 😐 She sounded weary to everyone must be calling. We are almost 50 days since filed and no letter - no response to online query submitted.

Mine expires next Thursday. Apparently they sent out a 'duplicate' NOA. Hoping to find it in the mailbox tomorrow. If not, then at least by the end of the week!

Update as of June 23, 2020

Finally! My NOA hardcopy received on hand today.. this is a relief for me.. Thank God 🙏🏼 I wasn’t expecting this because of the response from my online inquiry was delays and not yet generated.. June 11 i made the online inquiry, The same date they assigned my case to a officer and i got a response on June 16.. Wishing everyone to get their NOA anytime ASAP! God Bless Us All 😊

Can you share what was the response to your online inquiry? I got the response below to my online inquiry, which I believe just says they sent me the receipt and I should check with the post office.

 

"Recently, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sent you a notice of receipt for the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) that you filed although, you informed USCIS that you did not receive that receipt notice.  A receipt notice was mailed to the address provided with this inquiry.  Please confirm your current address with your local United States Postal Service office and follow the instructions on the notice."

Removal of Conditions Timeline

05/06/2020    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/07/2020    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/12/2020    - SMS notification received.  

06/12/2020    - Case updated to fingerprints taken.

06/29/2020    - NOA with 18 month extension received.

This was the response i got from my office field which is california service center.. I made also a 3 email to lockboxsupport while waiting.. It took 12 days before i received my NOA from the time i made online inquiry and email.. I did not make any call to their office.. My advice is wait, patiently wait, they are surely producing NOA’s but it’s just that delayed..

informed delivery email shows an USCIS letter is coming in today. fingers crossed its the NOA not the biometrics. Checked the online status did not see anything that says biometrics is taken so lets hope its the NOA. 😭

May 15, 2020 ROC Mailed Out

May 18, 2020 Delivered Thru USPS

June 4, 2020 Check Cashed & Text Msg Received (WAC Center)

June 17, 2020 NO NOA :(

June 18, 2020 submitted e-request for not getting NOA & assigned to an officer right away

June 19, 2020 officer replied and NOA sent out

June 25, 2020 NOA In mail (yay)

Like almost everyone here, I'm still waiting on my NOA after submitting my I-751.

 

Quick timeline:

- I-1751 received by USCIS May 18th

- Submitted online inquiry and email inquiry June 17th

- Online inquiry assigned to Officer June 24th

 

Today I received the below email in response to my online inquiry. (Still didn't receive a response to the email I sent to the Lockbox).

 

I'm hoping this means they will actually send out my NOA soon!
