Same here, I believe our service center (Potomac) are sending same answers for all of us.
I don’t know why...  lockbox email doesn't work for me they never replied.

I will try one more time using tool non delivery of notice if they don’t send my NOA. I will try through my congressman

I overheard that the Potomac area was devastated by the covid 19 virus that’s causing the slow down

it seemed like it used to be the fastest service Centre but mr Covid 19 messed it up

For the May 2020 filers who have the casse status update that shows their i751 was received ...if the date of not receiving your NOA that is on this case update is coming up or has passed what steps have you taken to reach out?

Do you just call them inquiring or is there an email that should also be sent?

Just wondering if anyone knows the above or has had to contact what steps and email did you send?

If anyone can advise that would be greatly appreciated

Do you have an uscis account to this site? https://egov.uscis.gov , log in and then you can see at the bottom of the page RELATED TOOL and you can see Submit a case inquiry and there’s options there and you gonna click DID NOT RECEIVE NOTICE BY MAIL and then just fill up the form and send..

For the email, see attachment below.. I hope this will help you 😊

i sent two attachment..

Thank you very much, this is very helpful!

So am I correct in saying there are 3 ways to contact

1- Via phone
2- Via USCIS service inquiry on their website after creating an account
3- Via email

Has everyone just been messaging them via the above communication methods regarding not receiving the NoA, is it just an automatic response that you receive when doing a service inquiry or emailing?

Those of you still waiting for your NOA, especially those whose cards expire in the next 2-3 weeks, make sure you have emailed the lockbox at least once (go for twice, I did!) And put in an online service request before and AS WELL AS calling. Seems my persistence paid off. I got the following email today. Notice it doesn't state how long the letter will take - I am just hoping that it will take a week or 10 days max...

Texas. I think it is just a good idea for everyone to at least send an email and put in a service request - it is as though they will just "forget" to send the letter otherwise..
