Hello Everyone,

I filed I-751 to remove conditions on 5/4/2020, no NOA since then.

I emailed USCIS on June 3, 2020 to request information about our missing receipt and today I got an email that they have resent it again and it should arrive 10-14 days.

No update on USCIS, status still showing petition was received on May 4. I'm not sure how some people received fingerprints recieved with no NOA. At least there's some movement in the case.

this thread belongs on June 2020 filers but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or any information about my case

Hello everyone I filed the I-751 form on June 01 and they received on June 02
I got the notification from USPS and the person name who signed but after 15 days, I didn't receive any notification or update from my case, so I was wondering what can I do the website said:

"NOTE: Do not submit an inquiry if you recently filed an application. You should receive a receipt notice within 30 days after filing at a Service Center or 30 days after filing at a Lockbox. "

but other cases the credit/check was charge after 3-5 days after USCIS received their forms so I believe is something wrong with my case...

also in USCIS online website to make a claim or ask for an update on your case you have to write a Receipt Number something that I don't have yet...
any help or information I will be more than happy to heard

GC expires on 09/07/2020...

Hi,

I believe you filed a week early... you should file 90 days window before your gc expires.

They will send the package back to you take 3 to 4 weeks.

Once you receive your package you need resend with updated cover letter and updated payment

The bad news on my side first: I also have not received the NOA yet, and I just put in a request for that and the automatic confirmation said I should hear something on July 8th. I have until July 24th until my GC expires.. I guess we'll see....! Some GOOD news though: on June 12th my fingerprints were added to my case, so I will likely not have to go and get my biometrics taken.. yay!

@Athens and @Citerio

I did below.

If you are signed up on USCIS site https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do , you will have to go to menu bar and add your case number. On your case history, you will be able to see when an online inquiry is made, assigned and completed.

But now how do i check status? when i rregistered i was able to see case history. but now when i go to above link it asks me to recreate account again. isnt there a login link?
