I made inquiry 1 week ago or so, it hasn't been assigned an officer yet. Did you receive your NOA already? Nice, congratulations! 

 

We still waiting on ours.

 

I hope they used your last biometric fingerprints, that would be great! It might mean you don't need biometric appointment but im not so sure. Hopefully that i get same notification.

Hi May Filers,  I am from the April Filers and wanted to let you know that we are all in the same boat.  Friday I managed to speak to a tier 2 officer and he told me that my NOA was never sent.

We got our approval email today. Also SRC. Everyone else's will come soon! I was actually going to check Case Status today but then I saw the email.

I didn’t receive NOA yet. I sent an inquiry online after 30 days of not receiving it, i.e  on 06/04. My ROC was received on 05/04, yesterday 06/12 I received a case update fingerprints were taken. Waiting to see if they will respond to my inquiry and possibly send me an NOA.

Same thing, they received my ROC package on 5/7, I sent online inquiry on 6/7 for not receiving NOA, which on 6/8 was assigned to an officer, and still shows the same.

 

On 6/12 my case was updated to Fingerprints taken. I'm hoping someone took a look at my case, and sent out the NOA as well, will know in a week or so. Fingers crossed.

Removal of Conditions Timeline

05/06/2020    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/07/2020    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by USPS.

05/12/2020    - SMS notification received.  

06/12/2020    - Case updated to fingerprints taken.

06/29/2020    - NOA with 18 month extension received.

How do i check if it was assigned to an officer?

i requested it on the 11th so will give it to tuesday... let’s see!

Mine was 6th june but not yet with officer, my caae is almost going 50days now with no NOA this is crazy

Mine is 40 days today. I filed an inquiry online and also sent an email to lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov . They said I should expect a response by July 5th. So I have exhausted all channels. Its to sit and wait and keep reading updates on here

Today I was checking an status to my case and I saw the fingerprint were processed.  I don't even have my NOA letter. Has anyone else seen  movement in their file?

thats good to know you case is moving forward and you dont have to worry about the fingerprint part of this process no more

No response from lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov.  just from the online enquiry.
