I filed my ROC on 05/05/20

Case was received on 05/08/20

Contacted USCIS on 06/08/20 because I'm yet to receive my notice of receipt.

But I was informed that an updated version, not the one I had seen online says case was received 05/14/20. Therefore advised to call back on the 05/15/20. Will keep y'all posted.

How do we check if it was assigned to an officer?

If you are signed up on USCIS site https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do , you will have to go to menu bar and add your case number. On your case history, you will be able to see when an online inquiry is made, assigned and completed.

Also a May filer. Sent to Dallas lockbox and received on May 5th, with the text notification from USCIS also.

No NOA in the mail, and after calling USCIS today I was told to email the lockbox email which is exactly what I did. Now I get the joy of waiting for some kind of response from that. Hopefully it will be the letter.. I shouldn't be surprised but it always catches me off guard just how flippantly they mess with our lives. Totally infuriating.

Did they ever answered you?

Girl don’t worry to much.

I was feeling same way it’s normal those feelings but everything going to be ok!

You guys have a daughter.. tax return, driver license, affidavits, photos, some statements, some bills, some tickets.

I think is good evidence 👍

you can try call AT&T and request they can send to your home or some at&t stotes are now open you can try there.. maybe they can print out for you!

All bills you can request through phone (I think) just try your best.

Just check everything 1,2,3 times and put everything in God hands 🙏🏻

So, here's a question. We forgot to include the G-1145 form for E-notification with our I-751. How screwed are we? Seriously, what if my wife's 2 year CGC expires before we receive an NOA? It makes sense though that we should get a receipt number in the mail, right?

hi there! just saw your filipina wife worked in the ME (me too, Dubai) and that you are in the DMV, too! small world, hope we can connect and keep updated. I'm a june ROC filer (sending my packing this week).

re the g-1145, i think you should be ok. that is for email and text notifications. uscis is required to notify you regardless if you send one or not so at the very least you should get something in the mail.

Hi guys! I sent my package on 05/05. I used priority mail / tracking number and the USPS site hasn't updated since yesterday. Has anyone ever experienced this? I am concerned because, every time I used this service, I was able to see the updates day by day.

Sent in my package same day. And also to the same lock box. Still waiting on notice of receipt.

For those who made the online inquiry and received NOA; was it assigned to an officer before your notice was delivered or does it stay on “inquiry assigned”? It’s been a week and my inquiry still show that it was assigned to an officer, today case was updated to fingerprints were taken. No NOA or biometric letter.
