Hello Everyone,

I am ready to send my package tomorrow , Although I won't be May filer but June Filer. My packet is over 4 lbs. I put it in Priority mail flat rate box.

I included G-1145 E. I will mail it to USCIS PO box 660480 Dallas TX 75266-0480. I made a mistake adding a signature required - I don't think its needed since It would go to PO box but I cannot change it anymore. I looked and it says it is fine.

I've been in touch with an Attorney (Free through my Company's benefits- but did not use him this time to have him represent me since it would cost me extra $$$- He also don't see any need to do it. He just ran through the docs and application I will submit. He said I am over the top LOL. But one of the things he suggested that I followed is the organizing the docs- Since My husband and I have a child together- He wanted the Birth certificate and School letter be in front of the documents right after the Application forms. Also the 5 references he wanted me to place it right after the Tax return. And for the photos Pics with the baby on the first page.  He said he don't see any possibility for RFE  ask because I submitted everything I have. I can only hope and pray he is right and will get NOA accordingly.

I just need to get over it and be done with it. So I can focus back to reality LOL. I will keep come back to this thread but will also post for June filers in a week or two.

Good luck to all of us. Submit it and Pray Hard as well.

Gdluck!

Did anyone receive the I-797?

is going to hit a month they’ve received and i got the notification but no letter as of yet.

The April 2020 I-751 filers thread is filled with the same reports. It looks like applications received since at least mid-April are all in the same boat.

Ugh sorry to hear you’ve been waiting so long, hopefully they fix that soon.  We sure do put in enough hard work and money for it to get the attention it deserves.

edit - also thank you for coming over here to May to let us know about your experience with this

Did you use US postal service and mail your file to lockbox like it sounds from your post?  Lockbox is for UPS and FedEx deliveries only.  USPS goes to the service center directly.  Check here:

https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses

Edit: never mind I’m wrong about the lockbox thing, just saw that they changed it back in September for 751, they’re all going to lockbox facilities, just different ones depending on which mail service, still a good idea to check the above link.

Yeh, its a lockbox too now. I mailed the package to the correct address as mentioned on the rejection letter (which is the same as the usps address on the link above).

I am really not sure why it is taking them so long to process the check. card is expiring soon, and we can't even get a stamp when the office reopens on 6/4 because we don't even know where our case is at their facility. ;/

I would try calling them, (I’m guessing you’ve probably done that multiple times already) or try posting a new thread on the main Removal of Conditions forums here to see if anyone else has had this problem and gotten it resolved

How long has it taken people to receive their case accepted text or email?  Our FedEx package was delivered to the Lewisville, TX lockbox last Thursday morning on May 28, so we’re on day 4 waiting for our acceptance or rejection notification
