Hey 👋

you are fine only with transcripts just be organized put first 2019,2018 etc..

this it’s the link for the exhibits you can put example: exhibit A: copy of conditional residence (front and back). Exhibit B: copy of transcrip tax return (2019, 2018, 2017..)

https://www.amazon.com/Avery-Avery-Style-Dividers-Exhibit-11376/dp/B00006IBWM/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=lgl+bottom+exhibits&qid=1589935885&sr=8-2

if you going use USPS yes you have the correct address 👍

the priority mail through USPS take 2 business days so yep june 1 or june 2 its fine, you don’t want they return your package  for file early just for safe side sent june 2 🙂

yeiii 5 affidavits 😀😀 don’t forget tell them put legal status, place of birth, date of birth and address, phone number if they can notarized its better if not it’s ok, some people attach copy of their ID if they aren’t notarized but it’s not required

just be organized a pretty cover letter whit exhibit at the bottom they easily can find everything you are sending put the most strong evidence first I mean first its the GC copy 😂 but them example copy birth certificate of child, copy of financial like tax returns, bank statements, cards etc.. othe exhibit.. bills other exhibits.. trips

I hope you understand what I mean 🙂

I used medium flat rate box because my package was heavy 5 lbs jajaja 😂

on the envelope or box nope just information sender and receiver

but on your package yes put original submission I-751 Joint petition to Remove Conditions on Residence for (your name)

A # .........

ai don’t know if are using fastener that the most appropriate way the uscis recommended

Good luck

So I’m really really getting very stressed out, I could not print any At&t statement Their system is down since Monday night, I only have 1 which is the most recent. Statement, Also my husband has been throwing out our Electric/water bill so I don’t have those as well, while only have internet and cable bill I can print online - on my husband’s name as well, and I can print statement from my Credit card showing my husband as secondary user. I’m stressed out because I want to pit utilities statements( even it does not have my name but shows my Husbands name and our address). I weighed my docs and it is now just over 3lbs. I had been reading of what May filers had included and it has pretty much utility bills in both names. Something I don’t have... :( I plan to mail my packet on Monday. I am excited and at the same time I don’t want to even think I could possibly get RFE because I did not show enough evidence.

Girl don’t worry to much.

I was feeling same way it’s normal those feelings but everything going to be ok!

You guys have a daughter.. tax return, driver license, affidavits, photos, some statements, some bills, some tickets.

I think is good evidence 👍

you can try call AT&T and request they can send to your home or some at&t stotes are now open you can try there.. maybe they can print out for you!

All bills you can request through phone (I think) just try your best.

Just check everything 1,2,3 times and put everything in God hands 🙏🏻

Hey there! I subscribe to this thread

just sent my I-751 package

what I sent on evidence:

-me and my husband's driver's licence (proving we both live at the same address, although not legible)

-car title

-lease agreement

-tax statements showing joint filling from 2017, 2018 and 2019.

I didn't put any more evidence because I've been stressed out and tried to build my package and sent it as soon as possible (My 90 day period started in Aprl 25th but I just sent it)

I've been reading about people not getting their NOA and I'm worried, have people received their documents about the extension of their GC? I got a job and my GC expires on July 25th!

thank you and good luck to everyone!

No status update for me yet. Package was received to UPS facility, Lewisville, on May 12. Check is still not cashed and still no receipt number. I’ve heard several people in this thread calling and getting case numbers, so I’ll give that a try tomorrow.

A bit worrying that others in the thread sent later than me and had their check cashed, but as always patience is key.

As another update, they rejected my request with a green-colored notice letter, but this was entirely my fault!

Reason for rejection was that I used an old copy of the I-751 form, even though I had downloaded several new copies. I suppose I must have found one saved on my computer YEARS ago by accident. No wonder they hadn't been cashing my check.

Receipt notice shows May 12th delivery, processed May 15th. Received the rejection notice in the mail May 27th. So, I lost 2 weeks worth of processing time because of this. Whoops.

Notice allows me to resubmit the file with fees completely returned. This is not an RFE or flat out rejection. On the bright side, I can now submit a G-1145 that I forgot the first time.

Going to run to the post office today and get this sent out before I need to consider myself a June filer 😅

Hey all!  It's been a while since I "had to" check in here (sooooo grateful for this place, would've abandoned my sanity and/or green card quest LONG ago if not for this site!)

Just spent the past week digging up all the documentation that I should've been neatly filing away every month since getting married...sigh, one day I'm sure I'll be organized...yeahhhhhh, prob not!  I now have a two inch thick bundle- do NOT sign five leases in three years if you can help it, that paperwork really adds up!  I've been sweating over all the details of my "evidence" and in the end I'm going with quarterly statements for bank and credit cards and crossing my fingers that doesn't bite me in the ### with a RFE, because at some point I have to call it good and move on from the joys of evidence collecting- not to mention the trees that were sacrificed to make this pile!

I'll be shipping this sucker off tomorrow to the Arizona box via USPS in the medium flat rate box- because no envelope can contain this much mind-numbing awesome, HA! And then I'll be waiting and hoping and drinking... Good luck to all of us in getting a speedy thumbs up!!

Hi, joining May filers here, application received at TX lockbox this morning, awaiting email confirmation of acceptance from our g-1145.  We filed pretty last minute, a little over a week before the end of the 90 days, not usually like us and was due to a cross-country move + covid situation messing with our move + a herniated disc, ouch!  Wife's GC expires on June 7, so we barely made it, phew..

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

Congrats!  Waiting for the same thing here.  Did you mail it out via us mail or overnight it to a lockbox with fedex or ups?

Hello Everyone,

I am ready to send my package tomorrow , Although I won't be May filer but June Filer. My packet is over 4 lbs. I put it in Priority mail flat rate box.

I included G-1145 E. I will mail it to USCIS PO box 660480 Dallas TX 75266-0480. I made a mistake adding a signature required - I don't think its needed since It would go to PO box but I cannot change it anymore. I looked and it says it is fine.

I've been in touch with an Attorney (Free through my Company's benefits- but did not use him this time to have him represent me since it would cost me extra $$$- He also don't see any need to do it. He just ran through the docs and application I will submit. He said I am over the top LOL. But one of the things he suggested that I followed is the organizing the docs- Since My husband and I have a child together- He wanted the Birth certificate and School letter be in front of the documents right after the Application forms. Also the 5 references he wanted me to place it right after the Tax return. And for the photos Pics with the baby on the first page.  He said he don't see any possibility for RFE  ask because I submitted everything I have. I can only hope and pray he is right and will get NOA accordingly.

I just need to get over it and be done with it. So I can focus back to reality LOL. I will keep come back to this thread but will also post for June filers in a week or two.

Good luck to all of us. Submit it and Pray Hard as well.
