I-765 is processed by the National Benefits Center, not the local field office.  Current processing estimate is 5.5 to 10.5 months -- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Obviously, she wasn’t satisfied with what we gave her. She added we need to submit  more documents to be added to our file.

 

She said she’s going to mail us a letter on what we should bring. Super strange.

 

Case hasn’t updated yet. Still on “Interview scheduled”

Adjusting from K1 visa.

@Dianav1211 were you interviewed by a tall white lady? Seems we got same interviewer.

im a spouse of USC applying for i485 within US.

hello all.

it was a long day, anyway we have our interview at 10 am, to get there you need an 1:30 h, so we went so early 740 a.m, 20 mile away from our destination, two 18 wheelers accident make us stuck in the long bridge  form 8:40 till 12:30 we been directed to drive the other way to get out from the interstate found another 2 accident in the highway hahahahah bad day, get to the office around 2h30 pm, the lady who do the check-in contact the officer to see if they can interview us, she said they don,t have enough time for us, they tell us to write a letter explaining why we didn't show up in time, 

 

so anybody been in the same situation?
