For the USC you either submit copies of the passport OR front and back copies of the birth certificate so you should be fine You may want to put a note that the back is blank (my birth certificate had some instructions on the back).

Hmmm, I'd definately say RELAX!!!!!

I guess that you have both gone through a lot getting this far, now, please try to relax as at this point worrying about something that may or may not happen is not beneficial to you both.
