The only ones not caring right now are the left, who went out of their way to share the non humor memes about all these Trump team indictments but are now silent as all hell given the abuses (of bureau employees, Obama cabinet, and judges) collapsing their cases. They never cared about evidence or due process, just the outcome of getting their way. And so a General (LTG) of the USAF loses years of his life he can't get back because orange man bad. I got to talk to him a few times when he followed me on Twitter and while he was somewhat despondent he also seemed set on vindicating himself. It doesn't exonerate him from potential crimes he's committed, but the abuses against him are a significant threat to the American public.

Hopefully he will have some form of recourse.  I am not a big fan of law suits, but in this case it certainly seems warranted.  This whole thing smelled bad from the start, but what else is new.  As you said, Orange Man Bad, so no holds bar, and who cares about the lives ruined.  I really have no idea who in their right mind would want to be a public servant at that level anymore?  The legal costs alone would be stifling.
