I got an RFE yesterday (01/19/2021). Wish it had been an approval, but at least it was looked at. About how long should I expect for it to come in the mail and know what the RFE is for?

I also got a RFE yesterday 1/19/2021.  I have the same question...how long should we expect the mail to take so we could know what they want more from us?

Noa1 receipt date May 14. Sent inquiry. Said I should hear reply by February 13. Obviously hoping to get noa2 before then, but this was a nice little uplift.

Hey All. I mailed my application on 5/16 and got NOA1 on 5/28/2020. I’ve been checking the case tracker app religiously. I just checked again tonight and saw my I-129F petition was approved on 1/21/2021!

Hi guys, new to the thread. So my NOA1 dates is may 26, but no NOA2 so far, getting a bit worried. They dont necessarily follow the order of arrival?

With my very little knowledge I would say submit an enquiry to them if your worried. You are in the time frame to do so. They usually quote a few weeks wait time until they get back to you but at least while you wait you've submitted an enquiry. Also our date was the May 20th and from watching the approvals on here and on the USCIS case app I saw alot of June approvals before my date.

I think as much as it sucks to wait it will come when it does.

Same here. Our NOA1 date is 05/26. We contacted USCIS tho, I don't know what to expect. I see people who submitted in June already started getting approvals. But a few cases from 05/26 are still not checked. Hopefully it will be resolved this week.

Guys! Got approved today NOA2: 02/02/2021. I had already sent an inquiry and got a response earlier today, but I just found out that we were approved! Thank you for the replies everyone
