N400 - date you became a lawful permanent resident (came to US with K1 Visa)

The following question is a bit confusing for us on the N400 form:

 

Date You Became a Lawful Permanent Resident

 

My wife arrived to the US arrived in January 2017, and got her conditional GC on September 2017.

I did some research, and I believe she can file for citizenship starting January 2020, right?

So then in that case, do I put the January 2017 date or the September 2017 date?

What is the date on her GC? It should say something like "Resident since xxxxxx"

She did not became a legal permanent resident until she received her green card; see answer from Cyberfx1024 above.

The date that she became an LPR is when her AOS was approved. This should match the "resident since" on the green card (although mistakes have been made on that).
