Does anyone really think Michelle will do it?  She seems to indicate she is done with the WH, and I can imagine she was very close to the stress related to being the president.  We all know Hillary’s ego which is even bigger than Trump’s, but the DNC has to see that is not a winning candidate outside of the left and right coasts.

Seriously..... That is one thing that amazed me is how much the populist Right and Left have in common. 

But seriously the Democrats whole plan was to hide Biden as much as possible so that you can have nostalgia about how Biden is. But these allegations are forcing him in to the light where people can see that he has cognitive issues going on

Michelle has embraced the DNC establishment with open arms like her husband, so she's definitely someone the DNC would be working with to shape for future elections if she wants to pursue it, I just don't know if it's now. I haven't seen much in the way of focus groups and polling for her. Time to prime her for the public and market her is basically absent, they'd be sitting ducks if Trump came at her with anything they'd not vetted responses for. The politics industry is ridiculously formal and calculated (thus predictable) in how they do things, particularly the establishments.

It seems pretty clear that the DNC is stuck with Biden right now, who knows what will happen in the next few months, so they are somewhat creating a strategy of running a VP pick against Trump.  I heard about an interesting poll that showed Warren being the preferred pick for Biden’s VP by Democrats polled. Hypocrisy abounds.

tbh I don't think the DNC cares about winning the election, they just want to make sure they still maintain control over the party and process.. it's a disturbing entitlement attitude the populace is clearly oblivious to.

 

It would be an easy decision for Biden to pick Bernie or AOC and it would be a very clear inclusive olive branch. This is a response I personally fear for Trump's re-election. 

 

However, the establishment has as much animosity for the populists as the populists do for the establishment. I guess the DNC is gonna just wait out GOP Presidents until the public is simply fed up of them and continue fighting off their growing populist wing with corruption. 2024 odds even if Trump wins re-election has a very big slant against the GOP candidate by default because of weariness with the same party in power. DNC knows this, and that their corruption along with the predictability of the masses means time is on their side.

I honestly don't think anything is going to result. I hope Barr/Durham prove me wrong, but both of these men have serious connections to these bureaus and they prefer preserving the status quo over cleaning house. It would be a monumental task to actually put those bureaus in check, and as time has proven with the IG/ICIG/Horowitz and co, even when they find very serious violations/crimes, they don't do what's necessary to prevent the occurrence, just prevent accountability. It's a self-perpetuating mechanism.

Um, you guys do know it's kind of normal for well-known members of a candidate's party to do fundraisers for them? Whether you like her or not (and I am pretty sure for most of you it's "not"), HRC is a big draw. This is just an opportunity to make money for Biden. She's not angling to become president again, but I'm sure she gets a laugh out of knowing that she's still enough of a boogeyman to make you think that ooooooo she just might.   And Tom Perez is the Chair of the DNC. So much skulduggery!!!! 

 

Michelle isn't running. I don't know how many times she has to say it -- she's not interested and she has been consistently clear about that. Unlike Hillary, she's not really into trolling. 

 

The fair thing to do is to have a proper investigation of the allegations made by Reade. I am still on the fence. And I can't believe I have to say this but "Believe Women" doesn't mean "Believe Everything a Woman Says Without Actually Looking Into It."   It means that an allegation shouldn't be brushed off without looking into it. I mean, what is it but another version of "trust, but verify"?

You know why. I called it a long time ago. I use to think it would be Cujo but now  I am agreeing it might be Michelle. If they put Michelle in its over.
