Hey everyone. So I know there’s a lot about proof of domicile for returning petitioners to the u.s. etc.. however after adding the household member ( wife’s mother) its asking for her proof of domicile. I can’t imagine they need as much as my wife (usc) needed to prove her domicile, correct?

I don’t know how I haven’t come across this anywhere....

thinking taxes and a copy of a bill would be enough.. what are y’all a thoughts?

MIL. Going to use DL and property taxes.

Generally joint sponsors should use an I-864 not the I-864a. Need evidence of income which is why i suggested pay stubs.

We used the 864a since my wife is/will be living in the same house as her parents for the time being. Everything we saw indicated using the household member form. But we have her 1040s and w2s as evidence of income.
