Do I need to complete the CR1 visa process while waiting for the status adjustment.

I entered the US with B2 type visa and decided to get married with my fiance during this trip. Firstly, my husband filed I-130 (on March 6, 2020) and we got NOA1 (on March 10, 2020) then I sent all the status adjustment packages (I-485, I-765 and I-131) to USCIS and now I got the confirmation that my all my cases were received. Today we got the NOA2 for I-130 notification and email saying the process to proceed the CR1 visa with some additional fees (around 445$) and the location of the interview is at my home country. Therefore my questions are;

1. Since my current status is pending for the status adjustment, do I really have to proceed the CR1 visa process while I'm in the US already?

2. Do I have to enter both interviews, CR1 and status adjustment?

3. Is it possible to change the interview location to the US because in the NVC web page says that my interview location is in my home country?

 

I'm so lost right now. All responses are highly appreciated.

1. No. You are ding AOS now, not consular processing.
2. No.
3. No, because there is no visa interview (and there are no US embassies or consulates in the US to issue a US visa). There will be an AOS interview at a local USCIS field office (assuming it's not waived given the circumstances, although that's primarily K-1 holders).

The notice you got is a normal notice for consular procesing. They likely have not linked up the I-130 to the I-485 yet. USCIS should request it from NVC when they review the case and need it.
