And I haven't heard of anyone getting a date 🤷‍♀️

Then again you said you filed the n400... so i guess that wouldnt make sense to do now huh.. but did u ever file that form ^^^ before u filed the n400???? and if so what did they tell u?

actually i did filed a out of processing for my I751. that how it got move to nbc. i call i didnt do the online one. i spoke to a teir 2 officer and did the out of processing with them. 

 

i have an appt now in the next 2 weeks

Nothing here. Transferred to NBC early June, ready for interview since early July. I don’t expect to hear anything back for a long time to come, which is unfortunate as other people have been approved without an interview without ever having a K-1 AOS Interview either. It is what it is.

Hello Guys,

I am a Vermont filer as well. 

 

Case Received by VSC on May 5th 2019

Case transferred to Potomac Feb 5th 2020

I took a chance to write a letter to Potomac service center after 16 months of waiting

August 18th 2020 Correspondence received and USCIS is reviewing

I called the customer service center to ask if my case has assigned an officer and he said it has assigned an officer on March 2020.

 

I do not know how long more i will have to wait

It has been 17 months since USCIS received my case. I have decide to request an inquiry for my case. The inquiry was about will be able to receive a decision any time soon. here is the answer that i got from USCIS.

 

"Your application is still pending consideration. We anticipate that you will receive a decision or other correspondence within the specified processing time frame."

Some good news on our end: received notification today that new card is being produced.

File 5/2020 at EAC, case transferred to Potomac 2/2020, filed for N-400 7/2020. More details in signature below and timeline.

 

Hope folks start hearing back shortly!

Congratulations! Whoever is handling Feb6th transfer, must be a snail officer. I guess we will have to wait.
